Alex Bonds Joins Starwind Specialty as Co-President, Expanding Leadership and Program Development Capabilities

Starwind Specialty Insurance Services, a CRC Group company, announces that Alex Bonds, currently President and Chief Underwriting Officer of CRC Insurisk, will join the Starwind Specialty organization as Co-President, serving alongside Brian Norman.

In this expanded role, Bonds will continue to lead and support CRC Insurisk, products exclusively available through CRC Specialty producers, while deepening his involvement in program management and development across the broader Starwind Specialty organization.

This strategic move positions the organization to scale its exclusive product capabilities and strengthen alignment across its platforms. Bonds' deep underwriting knowledge and leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation and momentum across the Starwind organization.

CRC Insurisk will remain focused on delivering exclusive products for CRC producers and supporting long-term growth within CRC Group.

Based in Atlanta, Bonds brings more than two decades of underwriting and leadership experience across both U.S. and international markets. He has held a variety of senior roles in property underwriting and specialty lines, including leadership positions in both London and the U.S. marketplace.
