Starwind Specialty Insurance Services, a CRC Group company, today announced the appointment of Ashley Orth as Chief Operating Officer.
Orth brings nearly 20 years of insurance industry experience spanning underwriting, operations, and executive leadership. As Chief Operating Officer, she will lead operational strategy and execution across Starwind Specialty, helping strengthen the company’s operating platform while supporting the continued expansion of its specialty underwriting businesses.

Throughout her career, Orth has led enterprise-wide initiatives across underwriting operations, program development, reinsurance strategy, governance, operational transformation, and technology integration. She has successfully built scalable operating models, improved underwriting performance, and implemented processes that support long-term profitable growth.
