Toomey brings more than 20 years of healthcare underwriting and leadership experience, with a strong track record of innovation, strategic execution, and portfolio growth. In her role at Pro-Praxis, she will lead the development and management of specialized healthcare programs and partner closely with producers to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of the market.
Toomey has successfully launched new products, advanced underwriting strategies, and implemented predictive analytics initiatives that have strengthened underwriting workflows and improved business performance across multiple segments.
